Service Description
In our Design & Strategy Consultation, you will get to know me as your Graphic Designer as we discuss your ideas, brand vision, and strategies to make your website and graphics stand out. This consultation is all about understanding and determining your goals, creating a solid plan, and to create a solid outline for success. We will also finalize price points, and establish delivery dates for a clear outline of completion. Let's work together to take your brand to the next level. Here is what you will need: The name of your company (if you do not have your domain name, we will check to see if it is available) You will need to check all Social Media platforms to make sure your business name is available The colors you would like to use (if you are not sure yet, I will send you a link that has options for you to choose from) Two-Three websites that you like the layout of for inspiration. This will help us narrow down your vision. Be prepared to take notes and to ask any questions you may have for me.
Cancellation Policy
Our consultation fee is an investment in your project, $50.00 will be credited towards your project if it begins within 15 business days of your consultation. If your project begins after the 15 business days, $50.00 of the consultation fee will not be credited towards your project and a new consultation fee may be required. Please note that all payments are 100% non-refundable, as we do not provide refunds for any reason, including client cancellations. If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your Consultation Fee and will not be refunded. A one-time reschedule option is available if you decide to do so within 24 hours of your appointment. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion. By purchasing this item you [client] are agreeing to this NO REFUND policy.
